About the Doctors
Dr. Geoffrey Hersch
Dr. Hersch graduated from the pediatric dentistry program at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, D.C. He received his dental degree from Northwestern University Dental School in 1998. At graduation from dental school, he received honors from various dental societies for his contribution and interests in the specialty of Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Hersch takes pride in exceeding all standards for his profession. He remains an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the California Society of Pediatric Dentistry, Orange County Dental Society and the Academy of Laser Dentistry.
Dr. Hersch is a Southern California native. His love for skiing brought him out to the Rockies for a wonderful, well-rounded, educational experience at the University of Colorado at Boulder. Dr. Hersch is passionate about surfing, skiing, boating, fishing and hanging out with his family at the beach. He also loves traveling and met Tiffany, his beautiful wife, while vacationing in Cabo San Lucas. Dr. Hersch lives in San Clemente and loves spending time with his wife and three children, Andrew, Ella and Riley.
Dr. William Harrison
Dr. William Harrison is a native of Southern California and has maintained an orthodontic practice in Newport Beach since 1995. Dr. Harrison received his Bachelor of Science degree from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona in 1976 and went on to the University of California, Los Angeles where he earned his Doctorate or Dental Surgery degree in 1980. Dr. Harrison then completed his orthodontic specialty training at the University of Minnesota in 1982.
Dr. Harrison is a member of numerous professional organizations including the American Association of Orthodontists, the California Association of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association and Tri County Dental Society. Dr. Harrison attends continuing education courses and professional meetings to stay on the forefront of technological advances in orthodontics.
Dr. Harrison was a professional race car driver in the 1990’s and has competed at Daytona, Sebring and numerous other tracks across the United States and Canada. He also enjoys skiing, cycling and traveling. Dr. Harrison currently resides in Newport Beach with his wife Michelle, his daughter Paige, and twin sons Andrew and Ryan.
Dr. Leslie Butler
Dr. Leslie Butler grew up in Orange County, attended Sunny Hills High School and continued on to attend Azusa Pacific University for her undergraduate degree. She has actively participated in many community based and international dental mission programs for children where she developed her love for children’s dentistry.
Dr. Butler received her dental degree from Loma Linda University in 2007. She then completed her pediatric dentistry training and MSD degree at Loma Linda University Medical Center in June 2009. Her two-years of Pediatric specialty training prepared her to work with children with special needs and focus on dental disease prevention. During her residency program, she also co-led a dental mission trip to the Galapagos Islands.
Dr. Butler is a member of numerous professional organizations including the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the California Society of Pediatric Dentistry, the California Dental Association, the American Dental Association, and the Tri County Dental Society.
When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Butler enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her dog, Carson. She enjoys going to the movies, reading a great book, loves Angels’ baseball, Ducks’ hockey, hiking, snow skiing, and photography. Traveling continues to be one of her greatest passions and looks forward to leading more dental mission trips to different corners of the world.
